These terms govern your use of rkggheestories.in ("the site") and any orders placed through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. About us
The site is operated by RKG Ghee Stories ("RKG", "we", "us"), with offices at 7/247, Shanmuga Towers, Karur Road, Kangayam, Tiruppur District, Tamil Nadu — 638 701. GSTIN: [PENDING — RKG TO PROVIDE]. FSSAI license: [PENDING — RKG TO PROVIDE].
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into contracts to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Products & pricing
All product prices on the site are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode. We reserve the right to change prices and product compositions at any time, though changes won't affect orders already placed.
While we try to make our product photography and descriptions accurate, actual contents may vary slightly (e.g. small substitutions due to ingredient availability or to maintain freshness).
4. Orders & payment
Once you place an order and complete payment via Razorpay, we'll send a confirmation email. An order is only confirmed when payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example: pincode not serviceable, suspected fraud, item unavailable). In such cases we'll refund the full amount.
5. Delivery
We dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We use third-party couriers — see our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Returns & refunds
Because our products are perishable food items, we generally don't accept returns. If something arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RKG's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers.
