Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere we can — across India. Here's how.
1. Dispatch time
We hand-pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation, from our Tiruppur kitchen. Orders placed late in the evening or on Sundays may dispatch the next business morning.
2. Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Metro cities (Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad) — 3–5 business days
- Other urban / Tier-1 & 2 cities — 4–6 business days
- Semi-urban areas — 5–8 business days
- Rest of India — 7–10 business days
Couriers we work with include Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, XpressBees and India Post. The exact courier is decided per shipment based on your pincode.
3. Shipping rates
Calculated at checkout based on your pincode. We offer free shipping on orders over ₹999.
4. Where we don't ship (yet)
We currently don't deliver to a small set of remote pincodes (some islands and parts of NE India). If your pincode isn't serviceable at checkout, you'll be invited to join our waitlist — we'll notify you as soon as we can reach you.
5. Tracking
You'll receive an email with the courier name and tracking number the moment your order ships. You can also track at any time using the public tracking link in your order confirmation email.
6. Packaging & freshness
Every box is sealed and labelled at our kitchen the morning of dispatch. Shelf life varies by item but is mentioned on each product. For perishable items, please refrigerate after opening.
7. If your parcel arrives damaged
If the courier hands you a parcel that is visibly damaged, crushed, leaking, or has a broken seal, please refuse the delivery and ask the courier to mark it as "Refused — damaged in transit". Then email us at support@rkggheestories.in with your order number — we'll arrange a free replacement on the next dispatch. 8. International shipping
